Your order number appears in the confirmation and in the customer account where available.

What the status means

Pending payment means payment is not confirmed. Paid or processing indicates payment has been received. Shipment information is shown when recorded; a refund status indicates a refund has been recorded. This is an order status, not live parcel location.
